Insure-Rite Incorporated, an insurance verification services company, was formed to provide assistance to states wishing to reduce their uninsured motorists' problem. Insure-Rite's unique program not only pinpoints how extensive the problem is, it identifies those who are operating without proper insurance and finally provides law enforcement officers with the tools they need to execute the law.
It is our goal to work with state government to help enforce mandatory insurance laws and in doing so reduce their financial liability without additional burden to the state's General Fund. Our program is in place and the results are remarkable. Our efforts are a proven success and we look forward to working with you and your state to lessen the impact of the uninsured and make the highways safer for all drivers.

In 1990 the concept of Insure-Rite was launched. It was discovered that there is a plethora of laws that mandate liability insurance. Sadly, there were few tools to aid regulatory agencies in enforcing these mandates. The Insure-Rite Uninsured Motorist Database program was launched and has been on line since 1995. With the help of the insurance industry, law enforcement and regulatory agencies, we have proven that the uninsured motorist problem can be greatly reduced. When the program started in 1995, the uninsured population in Utah was 24%. It is now less than 5%. It has been my pleasure to pilot this ship. We look forward to even more advances in this endeavor in the future.

I joined the Insure-Rite's Customer Service Team in 2012. The key to a successful customer service team is to be both proactive and reactive with our customers, specifically citizens, law enforcement, insurance companies, and our State Legislative. Unlike many help desks you interact with today, we don’t believe in supplying “scripts” for our team members to simply read back to you. Our team is empowered to handle each person as an individual and not just a number. If you call us you can expect a respectful, honest response and a resolution to whatever issues caused you to receive a letter. Your safety is our focus.

From the moment I started working at Insure-Rite, almost 11 years ago, I understood the importance of the Uninsured Motorist Database program. Today, as the Director of Operations, I work jointly with all our departments to ensure that Insure-Rite delivers effective solutions, timely and accurate results, reliable services and optimized operations. Most importantly, I work very closely with our clients to establish and maintain active two-way communication, regularly revise policies, explore needs for changes, evaluate potential impacts, and coordinate improvements always focusing on the success of our program.
